Building Automation
In today’s building automation arena, proprietary direct digital control (DDC) systems are becoming increasingly harder to service. Many manufacturers now find themselves locked into having to use OEM-controlled solutions delivered and serviced by the OEM-controlled distributors. Many local companies don’t have the knowledge and manpower to design, build, maintain, service and modify a DDC system.
With the current data center building boom, using OEM DDC skills are limiting the available talent pool. In addition, larger distributed control (DC) installations are going to programmable logic controller (PLC)-based control systems for the entire data center. This gives system owners greater flexibility to define, design, document and deploy an open architecture system to their preference.
MAVERICK focuses its deep mission-critical integration/startup experience to assist system owners, EPCs and GCs to quickly and efficiently specify, service and start up either PLC or DDC controls. Being platform-agnostic helps MAVERICK achieve desired results in an expedited and efficient manner.
